Through my consultancy, I help leaders grow and mature their digital teams, designing functional strategies and roadmaps that make them more effective, aligned, and successful.

On the creative side, I write urban fantasy novels under the name B. Scott Hoadley, with four books in my Old Blood Saga series already out—and two more on the way.
