I'm a design change leader, with nearly 30 years of digital and design experience in the U.S. and Europe. Through my consultancy practice, I work with start-ups to global organizations helping to build or reshape their digital product, research or design practices.

I'm also a novelist, writing under the name B. Scott Hoadley, with the first two novels, The Weaver and Old Blood, of a 5-book urban fantasy series out on Amazon.

I write about a range of things including digital, product, research, design and writing fiction.
